Creating fully localized presentation, onsite training materials for Haribo, the leading German confectionery company available in 100 countries with its catchy slogan and melody known all over the world as “Kids and grown-ups love it so, the happy World of HARIBO”.

The project in question consisted of the onsite training material. The language of the source text was English. The source text was examined and analyzed thoroughly. Following the analysis, prices and deadlines were offered to the client. In accordance with the field, customer requests, and terminology preparation, the project manager transmitted the source text to a localization expert working in the field and language pair. All processes were conducted pursuant to ISO 17100 standard.

With our proficiency and experiences in this field, we assigned localization experts and editors for the project. We created a specifically-designed terminology for the topic of a presentation to yield the most fruitful and accurate localization just in time. We stayed in touch with our client to fulfill their needs with the terminology and translation approach tailor-made for them.

Localization expert has meticulously examined and researched the content, field, and parallel texts to identify the common usage in the field by the experts. Choices were made accordingly. (For example, the translation and/or localization of the term “view” also as “view” with the addition of the Turkish equivalence only in the first place where the word appeared in). The demands of the client concerning terminology were also special paid attention to.

Since the aim is to inform the dynamics and technical features of the SAP application, localization expert focused on technical language usage in this field. 

After the completion of translation, the translation file was sent back by the localization expert to the relevant project manager. Then, in accordance with the service package selected by the customer, editing, proofreading, and quality check were performed on the localized file and the project was delivered to the customer.
